The players of Al-Shabab's first football team resumed their training on Monday after enjoying a three-day rest following the conclusion of their overseas training camp in Austria, as part of their preparations for the new sports season. The training session began with warm-up exercises and stretching, followed by ball-based fitness drills. Subsequently, the team engaged in a tactical practice that involved implementing several tactical patterns. The session concluded with cool-down exercises and muscle relaxation techniques.
The "Lions" will continue their training on Tuesday before departing to Taif to participate in the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Cup for Arab Clubs. They will kick off the tournament by facing Al-Nassr on Friday, as part of the first round of matches in Group Three, which also includes Egyptian club Zamalek and Tunisian club Union Sportive Monastir.
