On Monday, Al-Qadisiyah club's management officially signed a contract with the player Ayman Al-Khalif to reinforce the team's midfield for a duration of two seasons. The club's official Twitter account made the announcement on the social media platform. The acquisition of Ayman Al-Khalif, aged 26, is part of Al-Qadisiyah's ongoing efforts during the current summer transfer window. These moves have already resulted in the signing of former Liverpool star, Englishman Robbie Fowler, to take on the managerial duties. Additionally, the club has secured the services of several local and international talents, including the former Al-Nassr defender Alvaro Gonzalez from Spain, the striker Mbaye Diagne from Senegal, and the midfielder Max Power from England.
Ayman Al-Khalif began his football journey in the youth ranks of Hajer club before moving to Al-Ahli in 2015. He later joined Al-Wehda in 2019, and most recently, he was part of Al-Fateh at the beginning of 2022. Throughout his career, Al-Khalif has played 64 matches in various competitions across all the clubs he represented, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists. In the previous season, he featured in 18 matches while wearing the "The Model" jersey, with 10 of those appearances being as a starter in the Saudi Roshn League. During this time, he netted 2 goals and assisted in another.
On the international stage, Ayman Al-Khalif has represented the senior Saudi Arabian national team in two international matches, one of them being as a substitute during the 2019 AFC Asian Cup. He was also a pivotal member of the U-20 national team, contributing to their achievement of being the runners-up in the 2016 AFC U-19 Championship.
